After Le Serment des Chemins (2020–2023), a cycle of melodies exploring the story of a woman in love and longing, Abir Derbel continues this musical journey alongside composer and pianist Mehdi Trabelsi, and the iconic playwright Leila Toubel. From this collaboration emerged the concept of songs based on texts specially written by Leila Toubel, depicting moments of life, everyday words, and fleeting joys.

 

In these songs, Leila Toubel’s words resonate through the soul of the Tunisian dialect, with Abir Derbel becoming their poignant echo.
